The Devil's Toys

For the cover of The Devil’s Toys by Dark Water Collective, I wanted the design to hit with the same intensity as the song itself—a hard rock track about temptation and will. I built the concept around dark, gritty textures contrasted and menacing shapes—the obvious was the Devil himself. The imagery plays with the idea of “toys” as symbols of temptation. The result was a visual that feels as heavy and relentless as the music.

Temptress

For the cover of Temptress, I leaned into the concept of allure and danger, creating a visual that feels both seductive and intimidating. The imagery centered on a master’s throne, chains that suggest power, a subtle nod to forbidden fruit, and the type,—jagged and unfriendly.

Waiting for Apophis

For the album cover of Waiting for Apophis, I wanted to capture the epic, cinematic scope of the story. The concept revolves around a man dissatisfied with life who becomes an astronaut and faces the looming threat of Earth colliding with the giant asteroid, Apophis. For this, I created 3D imagery of a swirling nebula, the massive asteroid, and vast space vistas to give the cover depth and a sense of scale.

Learning to Fly

For the cover of Learning to Fly, I focused on a playful yet uplifting vibe, featuring the silhouette of a kid joyfully holding a toy airplane against a backdrop of warm, glowing sunset skies. Clean, modern typography is there not to distract from the visual message: overcoming fears, finding joy, and taking flight—both literally and figuratively.

Gossip

For the cover of Gossip, I leaned into a dark, edgy concept that plays on the “fly on the wall” theme. The design features two flies facing each other, suggesting secrets. The logo is smeared in red, giving it a threatening, almost violent energy of danger. The overall composition is designed to be stark and even unsettling.

Introvert

For the album cover of Introvert by Dark Water Collective, I leaned into introverted, mysterious energy of the album. The guitarist is partially rendered as a wisp of smoke, dissolving into—or emerging from—the shadows, leaving the viewer to wonder: is he disappearing, or reappearing?

Rain & You

For the cover of Rain & You, I went for a moody, intimate vibe that mirrors the acoustic rock ballad’s bittersweet longing. The scene features a lone figure in the rain, a softly lit backdrop, and unforgettable umbrella, evoking reflection and heartache. The typography is lovely and flowing like memory—the ache of missing someone and the quiet remembering of what was lost.
